We are pleased to be utilizing My School Bucks in our Cafeteria. From this user-friendly site, you will be able to:
- Obtain balance information for your student's lunch account
- Make online payments
- Opt into and manage email notifications for balances that fall below a set threshold
- Set up automatic payment feature to replenish account when below set threshold
- See itemized descriptions of what your student has purchased and when
- Set up restrictions on your student's account
You will need your student's name, Student ID# or DOB to set up your My School Bucks account.
West Deptford Schools utilize a POS (Point Of Sale) system in our cafeterias. Instead of your child bringing cash for breakfast or lunch to school each day, you may have money deposited directly into your child’s lunch account by logging onto https://www.myschoolbucks.com and making a deposit using a credit or debit card (NOTE: small convenience fee for credit card processing will apply at the end of your transaction). Although it is preferred that all students utilize the debit system, cash, check or money orders (made payable to "WEST DEPTFORD CAFETERIA") will still be accepted at each register or you may send your payment into the school office in an envelope marked “LUNCH PROGRAM.”
For safety, after students enter their ID/PIN number at the register, student photos are attached to each account for identification and security purposes. Allergy alerts and sales restrictions also appear to the cashier on their screen when the student's account is pulled up.
